| So, as amazing as this summer was, this fall has totally followed suit. I can't wait to see what God has in store! I know that there are some awesome changes about to happen, even though I am completely content with everything around me. I know that He is sturring up some fire in my heart pushing me towards Him and holding me close in His arms. I feel so close right now. I'm so excited!!! | | |
| 7th & 8th grade camp was absolutely amazing. I'm ok with being single. I'm done with my internship with YFC and I learned so much. I'm psyched to go to family camp in 2 days. I have picked up the trait of patience this summer. And I'm totally stoked for school to start! pretty brief... but all for now. Laterz! G'knight everyone! | | |
| I'm so ready to go back to school... I can't even tell you! It's insane! So anywhoots... I get to go in a couple weeks. We'll see how I hold until then. This week was especially busy... Monday was drama, Tuesday band, Wednesday (yesterday) I took off and headed up to Park Rapids to see everybody from PHCA's 5&6th grade camp! I already miss that crew! Thursday (Today) I have a chiropractor appointment @ 3 & Then head down to glenwood to build a float for the Waterama Pontoon & Regular Parade. Tomorrow (Friday) Is a wedding rehersal in Little falls... then comes Saturday.... uggg... A wedding @ 4 in little falls directly followed by a worship service @ the bunker @ 7 in Glenwood directly followed by the pontoon parade directly followed by going home and SLEEPING! & Sunday is the regular Waterama Parade @ 12:30. then as soon as that's over... I head to camp! woohoo! I can't wait for this all to come to a close! | | |
| So this summer I am doing my internship with Minnewaska Youth For Christ. We had our Duluth Camping trip. We went white water rafting, river rock hopping, and I jumped off a cliff... it was great. That was June. July is full of stuff. Starting out with a bang, we ended June and went into July with a fundraiser entitled "crosswalk" we walked 3 large, heavy crosses from Glenwood to Starbuck (10 miles). It was great. Hard work, but great. Then we had a beach party on the starbuck beach for the heritage days festival. I happend to stumble into getting an orange mohawk for the event. We've had numerous performances and outtings for the band and drama teams. We just got back from being stage crew at the Sonshine Music Festival. It was pretty awesome. This saturday we have our first Saturday Night Service at the Bunker. Next week is Waterama. The Week After that is the Fair. We have a week off (from YFC events anyway) and then we have Crossroads College ValleyFair Day... I get the opportunity to bring the kids to that!!!!!! It's great!Anyway. Hope your summer is a bit more relaxed than mine. Michael and I split ways at the end of June. Our future is quite uncertain. We may or may not get back together in August. | Today was pretty good... I stayed up all night to right a couple papers (which ended up only taking me 1 1/2 hours!!!! -for a 2pg and an 8pg!) then Michael and I went to Dunn Bros. for coffee (and hot choc.) and when we came back we went to the student center for a while to play on the internet and listen to the guys argue about NFL drafts in the computer lab! hehehe... it just kept getting louder and louder! it was amazing! anyway... then Mikey went for happy nappy time (for 6 hours!!!! LOL!) and I took care of business... set up an appointment to talk with Chris W., Called NWC about DE, Revised a paper, signed up for an apt. tommorow in the writing center to further revise that paper, and then went to work, and then to voice lessons... and around 5 began to lose steem!!!! I shuffled my way over to Michael's unit for some Mikey-Time... only to fall asleep with my head on his lap :D while a huge group began to congregate to watch The Patriot. Best 20 minutes of sleep EVER! I woke up and was totally ready to go all day again! it was wonderful! anywhoo... that's my story for 2day! hope you've thoroughly enjoyed it.
